As a Business Analyst and Implementation Consultant within our Performance business unit, you will have the opportunity to perform and complete analyses on a variety of client projects.  Typical projects include: Financial advisory and accounting consulting work (such as financial projections, budgets, and accounts receivable analysis) and revenue cycle engagements (such as Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and revenue cycle process flow).

 

Specific career opportunities within Crowe’s Healthcare Consulting Practice (broken-out by service line)

 

Finance:

 

New hire (or intern) will assist in various hospital financial analyses and A/R close processes.  Looking for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred, but not required) and strong background in Microsoft EXCEL or SQL

 

Reimbursement:

 

New hire (or intern) will assist with various hospital financial analyses related to government reimbursement programs.  Looking for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred, but not required).  Demonstrated ability to learn new technology applications (e.g. including, Microsoft Excel, SQL, cost reporting).

 

 

Revenue cycle operations:

 

New hire (or intern) will assist with patient financial services and revenue cycle process flow.  Looking for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred, but not required) and strong background in Microsoft EXCEL or SQL.  Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications:

    • Accounting , Finance or related major
    • Strong interest in pursuing / completing CPA
    • GPA of 3.0 or higher
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Work well both independently and in a team
    • Must be self-sufficient and have the ability to self-manage
    • Willingness to travel
